Socialising with other graduates is great.

The culture is open and accepting. Different teams may vary however the company is flexible from dress-code to after work drinks, socialising, and networking.
Graduate, Melbourne
Culture is really positive and inclusive. There are many social events during work and after hours that help within teams and across teams.
Graduate, Adelaide
In office culture is very dry and not a lot happens. After hours events and culture are non existent

It is getting better, the group has bonded and there doesn't seem to be too much of a focus on hierarchy. I work in male dominated group which has recently undergone a leadership change from a male to female senior leader.
Graduate, Sydney
Very flat structure, seniors are very approachable, invested in your growth

I have never worked in a better culture. Everyone is inclusive and friendly; the office is a such a great place to be to enjoy company and have a productive space to work. Teamwork is paramount and everyone is well versed in that. Socializing amongst colleagues is very enjoyable.

People are busy and occupied. You need to put in the effort to speak to others however when you do, everyone is so lovely and kind.

Team is great so I'm usually happy to do work outside of hours if needed. Company invests a lot of money encouraging team members to socialise and form communities such as analysts, new joiners and networks.

The graduates have kept in touch for the most part of my time here making it very social and easy to meet new people. Inside my project, everyone is super helpful and kind. Particularly in my project, I am able to voice my opinion and can reach out to supervisors with ease however I have heard this is not common on other projects.

The graduate culture is the best part of the company. My graduate intake was very nice and I made some good friends. Different areas such as Technology, S&C or alignments such as Products or SAP would host a varying number of social events for their groups; some groups would have lost of social events such as networking drinks and dinners and some would have almost none. The HR teams is mainly offshore and from personal experience and hearing the experience of others they are not very responsive and proactive when it comes to providing employees with assistance.

A vast majority of people work from home but there is the option to work in office. If you put in the time and effort Accenture can be a social and interactive place .

It's great. There's a really strong sense of camaraderie and a feeling that from day one, there are so many communities/groups and people there to help at the drop of a hat. Out of office, there is a great emphasis on socialisation and getting to know your colleagues - which is great. it's very much up to you how much or how little you want to engage.
Graduate, Sydney
Culture is positive, structure within teams is not traditional pyramid rather one manager, and the rest specialists
Graduate, Canberra
Have to fit a certain mold/ be a certain type of person. Don't feel a sense of belonging
Graduate, Canberra
People are friendly and approachable albeit being busy
Graduate, Brisbane
It is clear that the company is trying to make culture a big focus as they are trying to plan lots of events and catch ups to try get people to know one another and interact. It is hard because of remote working and lots of people working on projects where majority of the team is interstate so the culture still needs some work.
Graduate, Adelaide
Everyone in a place of authority is lovely and willing to lend their time it is amazing, and everyone is so nice and willing to help each other out
Graduate, Melbourne
Everyone is extremely friendly and there are always social events on after hours for people to attend. Currently, most of these are conducted online.
