Expeditors is a global logistics company that was founded in the year 1979. The founding members of the company wanted to change how supply chain logistics was done and were pioneers in introducing integrated solutions to deliver services on a global scale. The company currently operates its head offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam but has operations in 103 countries spread out across six continents.

Expeditors employs trained professionals in 176 district offices and numerous branch locations that are linked into a seamless worldwide network through an integrated information management system. Services include the consolidation or forwarding of air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, vendor consolidation, cargo insurance, time-definite transportation services, order management, warehousing and distribution, and customized logistics solutions.

Shortlisted candidates go through a two-stage process including a phone an in-person interview, where the questions for each interview differ. After applying online, a representative from the company contacts shortlisted candidates for a phone interview. After candidates pass this stage, candidates are invited for an in-person interview at the company premises where they are asked questions on behavioural and situational scenarios, such as, ‘What would you do if your direct supervisor is lazy?’ 

The interview process may seem a bit intimidating at first as it is conducted by a panel of managers and supervisors, but if candidates answer with confidence, you have high chances of success.
